You can then open the files and inspect their contents (and modify them) if you wish. The point you need to note from this exercise is that nothing you write to isolated storage should be considered secure, and thus you should not write sensitive data to isolated storage, or assume that it can t be modified outside your application. You may wish to consider encrypting your files in order to help prevent these sorts of issues if they are of concern to you.
