Upload and Download PDF file Database in ASP.Net using C# and ...
1 Feb 2019 ... Here Mudassar Ahmed Khan has explained with an example, how to upload and download PDF file from SQL Server Database in ASP.

As stated earlier, properties that can accept XAML content can only be assigned a single control (although that element can have its own child elements), unless the property is a collection type. If the property is a collection type, then you can use collection syntax to assign items (i.e., generally controls) to that collection, with each (top-level) element defined in the value being added as an item to the collection. The Items property on the ComboBox control is an example of where collection syntax can be used, as it is a collection that maintains all the items in the combo box. Because the Items property is designated as the content property for the ComboBox control, we can simply use content element syntax to assign the controls to the Items property (this method is equally applicable using property element syntax):

Attached properties are special types of properties that are assigned a value on a control, but the properties are actually defined on and belong to another control (usually but not always higher up in the hierarchy). In essence, controls can register particular properties as attached properties, which are then able to be used by any control. This may seem a rather confusing concept initially; therefore, the best way to demonstrate this concept is by an example. Say you have a control whose position is being controlled by a parent control (e.g., a Button control that is contained within a Canvas control). There are no positioning properties defined on the Button control, as the type of layout control the button is contained within determines how it is positioned and what positioning properties are required (the Layout Controls section later in this chapter discusses this topic further). The Canvas control needs to know where to position the Button control on its surface, so it needs to expose two properties (Left and Top) as attached properties, which can be used by the Button control to allow the Canvas to position the button accordingly. You may like to consider it that the Button control inherits the Left and Top properties from the Canvas control. To use these Canvas properties on the Button, control you need to include the name of the control that the properties belong to (using property element syntax). The example following demonstrates the Button control setting values for the Left and Top properties that it inherited from the parent Canvas control: <Canvas> <TextBox Canvas.Left="30" Canvas.Top="15" /> </Canvas>

.ready()

Figure 3 7. Program B has larger opportunities for parallel benefits. In general, it is best to focus efforts on areas that will have the most benefit. Let s say that there are two sections identified as possible candidates for parallelization. The first takes up 2 percent of the total execution time of the process, and the second takes up 31 percent. The application of parallel techniques to either section results in a 1 percent speedup of their individual execution time, because of the areas of code that must execute sequentially.

Note When using attached properties, these values will actually belong to the control that you are setting them on. In this case, despite the Left and Top properties belonging to the Canvas control, the values themselves belong to the Button control.

The ToolTipService control is used to provide tooltip functionality to controls, and uses attached properties to do so. However, unlike the previous example where the control defining the attached

The .ready() method is used in nearly every jQuery script as a safeguard against the script executing too early and, therefore, not performing properly. This method waits for the DOM to be ready for manipulation before firing its handler. Common practice is to make the entire script a callback function to be fired by the .ready() handler: $(document).ready(function(){ // All jQuery functionality here }); Additionally, the .ready() method accepts a parameter to use as an alias for the jQuery function. This allows you to write failsafe jQuery scripts that will work as expected even if the $ alias is given back
