You can either run an X environment on the console of the installation node, or you can use VNC. The simplest way to do this is to perform the installation in the console window of the first node. The most popular Linux desktop environments are GNOME and KDE. Either can be used for OUI installations, as well as for GUI-based configuration assistants such as DBCA and ASMCA. Alternatively, a VNC server can be configured to run on the installation node that allows a desktop environment to be presented on a separate VNC client. Using VNC is a better solution if you are in a different location than the database servers. Since customer aaa doesn t exist, SQL Server inserted the row, so the first operation succeeded.
